Me - Xray footA broken bone in my foot meant serious compromises to my fitness regime (ie – way of life).

My running, Guerrilla training and even most forms of yoga were off limits.

But now I’m back again – and I’ve regained my fitness from what felt like a standing start.

I like keeping fit. I’m not a leading athlete but I’ve been meeting plenty of them to see how they’ve conquered something that goes beyond mere inconvenience.
